We worked with Annie Allen to try and find a property somewhere between the Canadian border and Rockland. She proved to be extremely insightful, comprehending what we were looking for and showing us properties that were a good fit for us. She is very talented, efficient, knowledgeable, and experienced. We ended up finding a property in Belfast. When we need a Realtor in Maine, we will call Annie Allen.

 We have nothing but wonderful things to say.  Annie was representing the seller, but was so very helpful to us as buyers that we felt she was working  on our behalf as well.  She always responded to our questions or requests quickly, even after normal working hours.  She explained everything carefully and kept us well informed on all aspects of the purchase and the process.  She was extremely patient with us as she lead us through the steps.  She truly deserves 5 out of 5 stars!! My wife and I were not experienced with buying land and Annie helped us immensely. She took us to all of the lots we were interested in (including some that were difficult to find). At the properties without hesitation she bushwacked through the brush with us to find shoreline, pointed out  problematic geographicfeatures like tributary streams and was generally just very knowledgeable about local building regulations. Totally professional, attentive to our questions, listened to our description of what we were looking for, a complete joy to work with! She was not pushy at all like some other realtors who said things like "If you are interested in this property, you had better make an offer right away because it will not be on the market long!" We heard that over & over again from other realtors! I would choose Annie again any day!

Annie is my realtor.  What I mean by this statement is that when I need to sell or purchase real estate in the future Annie is my Go-To.  Annie is kind, thorough, smart, focused, pleasant to be with and funny.  What a catch!

Just want to give a shout out and a big thank you to Annie Allen. We sold my land in Surry.  She was so pleasant to work with and I enjoyed our conversations.  She made everything so easy and explained everything to me as we went along. She has a good sense of humor which I appreciated.   I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling in that area. She gets 5 stars from me.
